In the 21st century, managing the stress reduction of employees 'jobs has become a priority in organizations' programs, and the paradigm of the traditional management model, which has been a dominant theory for much of the 20th century, has undergone extensive changes. Today, police officers are also suffering from obvious stress due to the stress of their jobs, so that stress has become a common and pervasive issue in this job. In addition to harmful personal injuries to the family, community and organization, these pressures can be transmitted, which is the main reason for writing this article. Now, considering that the police job is one of the most psychologically dangerous jobs in the category of jobs, and according to Hans Selie (1988), according to Hans Selie (the most famous researcher in the field of stress in the world), the police job was the most stressful job. Explain the purpose of the article, based on this, while examining the concepts of stress and job stress of the police; The main purpose of this study is the effects of stress in the internal dimensions with respect to environmental, structural, managerial, job nature and other sub-objectives such as ways to prevent, deal with and manage it. Considering that the research is of an applied type and with a descriptive method, it was done through a survey and its statistical population is senior officers (senior managers) of the Preventive Police of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Based on calculations, 230 people were randomly selected as subjects. The questionnaire was confirmed depending on the researcher-made questions after the validity and then determining the average Cronbach's α coefficient (739%). Due to the influence of factors (environmental, structural, managerial, nature-job) on job stress of police managers, prevention was approved and finally, according to the research literature and findings, organizational suggestions were made to reduce managers' stress.
