Background and objectives: Addressing the philosophy of military training facilitates the acquisition of educational goals for educators and trainers. This research aims to explain the philosophical foundations of field training of military parade.Methodology: In terms of its purpose this study is of an applied research type and in terms of its method it is a qualitative study. The statistical population of the research is the elites of armed forces. 15 individuals have been questioned using snowball sampling method. The data were collected by interview and analyzed using content analysis technique. In order to determine the validity of the present study, the triangulation method and the study of various theories and various sources of information and final confirmation of the experts, as well as the determination of the reliability of the research through the review of the stability of responses and codes were prepared and approved by specialists and interviewees.Findings and results: The research has shown that the philosophy of military parade training is the establishment and improvement of coordination, physical fitness, resilience, partial support, coherence, comprehensive preparation, obedience, comradeship in the same competition, non-verbal communication practice, displaying power and national authority, avoiding precedence and recency, the opportunity to review the essentials, the opportunity to interact with the queue and the headquarters, displaying religious cultural values, crystallizing discipline, grouping, displaying the command authority, the possibility of subliminal and supra-sightedness, interactive interaction, and functional exchange.
